Terms of Use

Welcome to Appliance SHIELD. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, transparent, and respectful experience for all users. Please review them carefully to understand your legal rights, obligations, and limitations while using our site and services.

Terms of Use

Effective Date: May 5, 2025

By authorizing Appliance SHIELD to perform appliance installation or repair services, you agree to the following terms:

Associated Risks

You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of the installation or repair process, including potential damage to soft floor coverings such as carpets, which may be susceptible to tears or scratches. Appliance SHIELD is not liable for any resulting damage.

Estimates

Our estimates cover only the labor costs. Additional charges will apply for parts, which will be specified before any work is done.

Loss or Damage

You accept that Appliance SHIELD is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from theft, fire, or other uncontrollable events.

Repairs

Authorization for repairs is granted after the service is completed, with adherence to the agreed-upon payment terms. A deposit is required for parts orders and will be applied to the final balance. Repairs are warranted for 30 days, during which labor costs for recurring issues will be waived (parts excluded). After this period, or if a new problem arises, a new service order will be issued, and normal labor and parts charges will apply.

Limitation of Liability

Appliance SHIELD is not liable for indirect damages or any related expenses. Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered. In case of legal action, you agree to cover court and attorney fees. Failure to pay the full amount within 30 days may result in further legal actions at your expense.

By using this site, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms as well as our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
